How Do I Filter For Cancelled Members?
Step One: Open your Accounts manager, found under the Members menu in your dashboard.
Step Two: From the "Subscription Status:" drop-down menu select "Cancelled" and then click the green FIND button.
Communicating with members who have chosen to cancel their memberships can provide you with some valuable feedback. By clicking the email button at the top right of the Accounts manager, you can send out a survey to all cancelled members asking them why they chose to cancel their membership. We recommend using Survey Monkey: a free and simple online service for creating surveys and questionnaires. Once you've gathered some feedback, you can email email@example.com and one of our Technical Advisors will be happy to strategize some ways to increase member satisfaction.
