Farmigo Symbol Legend

To help you navigate your Farmigo dashboard, I have outlined a legend of symbols below.   Please comment below if you have any questions about other symbols in the Farmigo software.

Universal Symbols

You may see these icons in multiple parts of your dashboard.

Help - Wherever you are in the dashboard, you will see this tab sticking out in the lower right corner. This button is context sensitive so that it directs to you to a page in the help site that is specific to what you’re working on. For example, if you setting up an email template, it will take you to the page in our help site that shows how templates work.

New - A button with a green plus sign indicates that you will be able to create something new.

Delete - When you see this “x” at the end of a row, you click on it in order to delete that item.

Email - This button is available in the Subscriptions, Orders, Accounts, and Waitlist managers.  It allows you to send an email to a group of members. You will also see it from the lower left file of the member file.

Export - When you click on the export button, a CSV file may be downloaded to your computer for the group of items.
Print - When you click on the print button, a PDF file may be downloaded to your computer for the group of items.

Preview - From a member file, you may click on this preview button to see what that member sees when they log into their account.  From the Items manager, the preview button will allow to quickly view how your web store looks with the items you have published.

Subscriptions Manager Legend

You see these symbols next to member names from the Subscriptions manager, which is found under the Members menu in your dashboard.

Automatic Payment Token - This symbol indicates that the member has connected their credit card, bank account or PayPal account to their Farmigo account.  This allows them to be charged automatically according to their payment plan.  You may edit the payment details on file using the Manager button in the member file.  You may also charge using the Charge button.

Processing - This symbol indicates that a member’s electronic payment is processing and has not been received yet.
Payment Issue - The payment issue symbol indicates that a member’s electronic payment has failed to process and/or a member’s pending payment is past due.

Flags - This different colored flags may be assigned to a member’s account from the Notes tab of their member file.  The significance of these flags are defined by you.  For tips about how to use flags, click here.

Hold - This symbol indicates that you have placed their account on an indefinite hold from the Admin tab of the member file.
Temporary Hold - This symbol indicates that either you or the member has schedule a temporary hold for deliveries.

Host - This symbol indicates that you have assigned this member to be a host for a pick-up location from the Routes manager.

Items Manager Legend

Under the status column of the Items manager, you will see one of the following symbols.

Published - Either a share or option is visible in the join link or a store item is visible in the store link.

Out-of-Stock - If it is a share or option, the item will appear as waitlisted in the join link.  If it is a store item, the item will no longer be visible in the store link.  You may increase the number of available units from the item editor.

Unpublished - The item is not visible to your members.
