1. When contacting support with questions:
If you have a question about your system or a member account, it is often helpful to send along a screenshot with your question so we have an idea of what you are looking at. You can send us screenshots by adding them as attatchments when emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
2. When your members contact you with questions
Often, members will contact with you with a question about their accounts. While you can preview their accounts from their member card, sometimes a screenshot can be helpful to figure out what the issue may be. Ask your members to send you a screenshot of their screen. You can send them the link for the video below if they do not know how to take a screenshot.
3. When introducing customers to new functionality in your system
When you bring your CSA online, there is increased flexibility for your customers. Screenshots can be very helpful when explaining to customers how to put their account on hold, change their pick up location, or update their subscriptions (if you offer these options).
