Today's tip is the first of a two week series explaining how your schedules interact with the rest of your system.
Week 1: How schedules calculate share price for both seasonal and year round/ongoing systems
Week 2: How schedules interact with routes and locations to determine the number of distributions
These two concepts are tied together and are very important to understanding how to set up and manage your schedules.
Check out the videos below to learn more about how your system calculates share price.

Seasonal SystemIf your members sign up for a finite number of deliveries for a season with a start and end date, then you have probably been set up with a Seasonal system.
Year Round/ Ongoing SystemIf your members sign up for an ongoing subscription with no definitive end date, then you have probably been set up with an Ongoing system.
Advisor Tip! Be cautious when changing dates in your schedules
If you are thinking about rescheduling a delivery for Thanksgiving, consider how it will affect the price of a share. If you change the number of distributions on a delivery day, it will affect the total price of the share. Additionally, which we will talk more about next week, the system will not understand that you want Thursday members to receive their order on a unique delivery day. If you would like to change the delivery day (due to Thanksgiving for example) for a different day of the week than normal, we strongly recommend keeping the current dates in your calendar and communicating the unique pick-up day through an email.
