SYSTEM UPDATE Direct Link to Member Delivery Holds

Communicating with members about delivery holds just got easier! You can now send members a direct link to the delivery hold tab in their account page:

To create this URL, fill in the following details according to your system:

http://www.farmigo.com/account/SYSTEM URL/SEASON NAME#Tab=Vacation

If you are unsure of your System URL or Season Name, you can find them by looking at your sign up link:

http://www.farmigo.com/join/oldmacfarmseasonal/summer-fall2013

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a seasonal farm, you will need to update this link regularly in order to direct members to the appropriate link.

Customers don't have any trouble finding the delivery hold tab. They are just confused on how to use the hold spaces because the directions on the tab are not very clear. I have been trying to get Farmigo to change the wording on the delivery hold page but so far, to no avail. I spend a lot of time explaining how to use the holds and misuse of this tab costs Talley Farms money!
